Tyrone sighed and crossed his arms as he got in the limousine. He had been pinged by Darius that they were running late... really late. “Man, how they go across the street to get some donuts and a bear claw but then say they’re running late?!” He growled as he sank into his seat.

Marcus chuckled and gave him a light smack on the arm. “C’mon man, you seriously that upset about not getting your bear claw?!”

“Fuck man, I’m hungry! After all that walking? I need a small pick me up,” Tyrone responded.

“Damn, calm down. Why don’t we just have Lawrence drive us there?” Willis suggested.

“Yes sir, I can get there within five minutes. It’s literally just down that block,” Lawrence said as he pointed out the driver’s side window.

Tyrone sighed and glared out the window. It was strange, Marcus had rarely if ever seen Tyrone upset. Even during work, no matter what type of feedback Marcus had given Tyrone, there was never any emotional response.

“Yo man, you can’t seriously be that angry,” Marcus started.

“Yeah, yeah, let’s go to the shop, I’ll get my own.” Tyrone replied. “Look, I’m more upset about the principle of the matter, man. You don’t tell someone you’re going to do something and then not do it,” he continued.

“Sheeeeeeeeeeit, when our company gets big enough, I’m definitely going to have to make you a manager of a large team. Keep their asses in check,” Marcus laughed.

“Man, I ain’t want all that shit, don’t put that kind of responsibility on me,” Tyrone replied as he shook his head.

“Well, if our little bro nails this next VC meeting with Cuban, we might be fucking swimming in money! Might need to plan out an org chart sooner than later,” Willis said as he leaned back in his seat.

“Knowing Dwayne, he’s going to knock it out of the park,” Tyrone replied.

Marcus glanced at his phone and then at Willis, “hey, speaking of our little bro, has he been responding to your texts?”

Willis shook his head, “nah, radio silence.”

“He’s probably in the zone. You know him, when he has an idea, he’s in the zone,” Tyrone remarked.

“Kind of strange though, would’ve figured he’d have emailed us some instructions or something by now. He’s not much of a presentation deck guy,” Marcus said.

“Yeah, at least like a bare bones skeleton for us to draft something up,” Willis agreed.

Tyrone shrugged as he leaned back and grabbed a bag of mixed nuts. Before he opened it, Marcus shook his head, “come on man, you’re going to eat those before you get your bear claw?”

“Man, I’m hungry,” Tyrone replied as he opened the bag and ate some of the mixed nuts.

“I thought Dequan could eat, but now I see what’s up. He eats a shit ton in one sitting, you eat over the long run,” Marcus chuckled.

The limousine came to a stop and Lawrence turned back towards them. “Sirs, would you like anything? I can go grab the bear claw and come back,” he offered.
